Social work

Clinical social work is based on an integrated view of mental health and well-being. The social worker considers each person as a whole: their history, emotions, relationships, environment, and resources.

Through a relationship based on listening and collaboration, this approach leads you to:

  • Understanding the personal and social issues that affect you

  • Explore your strengths and vulnerabilities

  • Leverage existing strengths to develop concrete strategies to improve your quality of life

  • Regain a sense of control, balance and autonomy
